To expose more people to the fun world of robotics, GEARS donated several copies of the book "FIRST Robotics, behind the designs" to the Ruth Enlow library in Garrett County.

FIRST Robotic Competition Team 1629 members (Stephany and James) are seen here presenting the books.

Team 1629's 2006 robot is featured in the book, which will be available in the Oakland, Grantsville and Accident branches.
